The Lake Village Chamber of Commerce passionately strives to create an atmosphere of business professionals to enhance economic development in our community, promote travel and tourism, and serve as a liaison between our local government and community advocates in order to create a strong community.

The Focus of Our Efforts
Networking and Volunteering
The Lake Village Chamber holds networking events specifically designed to help our member businesses grow! Each year we host the Lake Village Chamber Awards Banquet that gifts our amazing local businesses and organizations each year. We also hold a BASH (Business Associates Social Hour), and other events such as the Annual Lake Village Christmas Parade, and our Annual Jingle and Mingle to highlight our local retail businesses.
Events in our Community
The Lake Village Chamber hosts the largest event in Lake Village each year- the Lake Chicot Fall Festival with 50+ vendors, live music entertainment, the Annual Ted Thornton Classic Car Show, and a newly added BBQ Competition- Sanctioned by Memphis BBQ Network called "Fire on the Water." and Fun Activities . This year Lake Chicot Fall Festival will take place on Friday October 24, 2025 and Saturday October 25, 2025.
Travel and Tourism in Lake Village
Lake Chicot is the largest natural oxbow lake in North America seeing thousands of tourists each year! we have been named the "Home of the Good Fishin" The Lake Village Chamber is a well known trusted source of information for travelers to come for information. We refer several thousands of tourists each year to our local businesses. Whether you are searching for great swimming spots, a place to rent a canoe, restaurants for a nice meal with the family, or a place to shop, we have you covered for your trip to Lake Village.

Each year the Lake Village Downtown Christmas Parade. This is a great way for our community to get involved in a very fun way! This event is completely free of charge for everyone because of our amazing business members who donate membership fees each year!
